• Tonkinese Cat Club: Founded in November 1994 and on 24th June 1998 was granted affiliation with the Governing Council of Cat Fancy (GCCF). Also affiliated with the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB).
• Tonkinese Breed Club: Conceived in 1990, Inaugurated in 1991. Affiliated to the GCCF and the Feline Advisory Bureau.
